Terms of Use

Thanks for helping test ArtsIQ. By using the beta, you agree to the terms below. They exist to keep the community safe, keep our lawyers calm, and set clear expectations while we finish building.

The beta

• ArtsIQ is in active development. Features may change, disappear, or break — that's normal for beta.
• We may occasionally reset or migrate data during beta. We'll warn you first whenever possible.
• Subscriptions purchased during beta remain valid at their beta pricing until you cancel.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your password private.
• You must be 13 or older to create an account. Parents/guardians may add child performers to their own account.
• You're responsible for content you post — listings, resumes, headshots, message-board threads.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, scams, or explicit content involving minors — ever.
• No posting fake auditions, gigs, or studios to phish performers.
• No scraping, spam, or automated bulk-messaging of members.
• Report anything that feels off — we take reports seriously.

Content ownership

You keep the rights to everything you upload. You grant ArtsIQ a limited license to display it inside the platform for the purposes you posted it — auditions in the audition board, headshots to your roster, and so on.

Payments & refunds

• Subscriptions bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancel any time from your account.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case during beta — reach out to hello@artsiq.app.
• Rush Ticket is a one-time 30-day purchase with no auto-renew.

Termination

You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the safety of the community.
