Privacy Policy

ArtsIQ ("we", "us") is currently in beta. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because we're still shaping the product with early testers, this policy will be revised before general release — you'll always be notified of material changes.

What we collect

• Account info — name, email, chosen role (performer, parent, educator, producer).
• Content you create — resumes, headshots, scripts, prompt books, productions, cast rosters.
• Family/minor data — if you add a child performer, we ask you (the parent) to provide consent. We do not knowingly collect information directly from users under 13 without parental consent.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and error diagnostics to fix bugs faster during beta.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

• To operate features you sign up for (auditions, productions, playbill AI, referrals).
• To send you the emails you asked for — cast reminders, audition sign-ups, referral rewards.
• To improve ArtsIQ during beta — every crash and slow page teaches us something.
• To keep the community safe — moderating listings, catching spam, honoring reports.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't share your child's info with advertisers.
• We don't post to social platforms on your behalf without an explicit click.

Your choices

• Edit or delete your profile any time from Profile.
• Cancel subscriptions from the Stripe portal linked in your account.
• Request full account deletion by emailing hello@artsiq.app.
